Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking and promote even crisping.
  2. Arrange the Wonton Wrappers: Place wonton wrappers flat on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap to allow even crisping of each chip.
  3. Add Olive Oil and Seasonings: Lightly brush each wonton wrapper with olive oil. Then evenly sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) over the wrappers.
  4. Sprinkle the Cheeses: Generously top each wrapper with shredded mozzarella cheese and a light dusting of grated parmesan cheese to create a melted cheesy crust.
  5. Bake Until Crispy: Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the edges of the chips turn golden brown and the cheese bubbles and browns slightly.
  6. Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet to crisp up further before serving.
