Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and combine it with finely chopped fresh herbs. Add the egg to bind everything together, mixing until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. Prep the Phyllo Dough: Thaw the phyllo sheets according to package instructions, then gently separate and stack them. Brush each sheet lightly with melted butter to ensure a crispy, golden finish once baked.
  3. Assemble the Bites: Cut the phyllo sheets into small squares, about 3×3 inches. Place a spoonful of the feta filling in the center of each square, then carefully fold and seal the edges to form little packets or cups.
