Instructions

  2. Mix Coconut and Sweetener: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut with sugar or your preferred sweetener, stirring thoroughly to evenly distribute sweetness throughout the coconut flakes.
  3. Combine All Ingredients: Slowly pour the warm coconut milk-gelatin mixture into the coconut and sweetener blend, then add vanilla extract and melted butter or coconut oil. Mix everything thoroughly until you obtain a silky, homogeneous batter.
